Why is concierge by application?
Because concierge onboarding is hands-on: we get on a working session with you, connect your channels, capture your brand voice, and set the goal — you start with a running system, not an empty dashboard. That takes real time per portfolio, so we admit a limited number at once. Self-serve has no application — sign up and start today.
How does the concierge application work?
Tell us about your portfolio in the form — what you run, how many units, what a win looks like. We reply within two business days. We take on five new portfolios each quarter so every account gets a dedicated strategist; if the current quarter is full, we'll offer you a place in the next one.
How is concierge priced?
To your portfolio — the number of properties or rigs, the channels we run, and how much of the work you want fully managed. You get a single monthly price on the onboarding call, before you commit to anything.
What do the $20 of monthly credits cover?
Credits are what the agents spend to do real work — drafting posts, generating images, planning a calendar, sending a newsletter. Your $20 monthly allowance is included with the subscription and refreshes every billing cycle, so a steady month of posting across your channels is typically covered without ever topping up.
How do top-ups work?
When a heavy week runs through the monthly allowance, you add credits in packs — $10, $20, or $50 — and the team keeps going. It is pure pay-as-you-go: you only ever pay for work you actually run, and top-up credits stay on your account as long as your subscription is active.
Do you offer refunds?
The free trial is there so you don't have to gamble on a refund — you see the team produce real work before you pay anything. If you're charged for a month you didn't mean to keep, email us and we'll make it right. Unused top-up credits are always yours while the subscription is active.
What happens after the trial?
The trial is 14 days with $8 of AI credits to spend, no card required. When it ends — or the credits run out — you start the subscription to continue, and whatever's left of your trial credits carries over on top of the $20 the subscription includes. If you do nothing, the account simply pauses: we don't auto-charge a card you never entered, and your work stays put until you come back.
Is there a limit on brands or channels?
No. Your account covers every brand and channel you run — Instagram, Facebook, and newsletter today. What it costs is driven by how much work the team does, not by an artificial tier cap.
