Do you offer refunds?
The free trial is there so you don't have to gamble on a refund — you see the team produce real work before you pay anything. If you're charged for a month you didn't mean to keep, email us and we'll make it right.
What counts as a brand?
A brand is one distinct identity — its own voice, channels, and calendar. A second business, a separate personal brand, or a client you run all count as additional brands. Starter covers one; Pro covers three; Team is unlimited.
Can I switch tiers later?
Any time, in both directions. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at your next billing date. Nothing you've created is lost when you move between plans.
What happens after the trial?
When the 7 days end you pick a plan to continue. If you do nothing, the account simply pauses — we don't auto-charge a card you never entered, and your work stays put until you come back.
