Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SupremoAgent (the "Service") at supremoagent.com and app.supremoagent.com. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. The service

SupremoAgent is an AI-assisted content planning, scheduling, and analytics tool for social media. It coordinates specialized agents — strategist, writer, designer, scheduler — that plan, create, and publish content to the platforms you explicitly connect (e.g. Facebook, Instagram).

2. Your account and content

You retain ownership of all content you upload, prompt, or generate through the Service. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and publish that content on your behalf to the platforms you connect, solely to operate the Service.

You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you publish. You confirm you have the rights necessary to publish any images, video, copy, or brand assets you upload.

3. Connected platforms

When you connect a third-party platform, you also agree to that platform's terms (e.g. Meta's Platform Terms for Facebook and Instagram). We act on your instructions only. We do not post, comment, or message on your behalf without an explicit action you take in the product, or according to a publishing schedule you've configured.

4. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to:

• violate the terms or community standards of any connected platform;
• send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or coordinated inauthentic content;
• harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate any person or organization;
• publish content that is unlawful, infringes intellectual-property rights, or sexually exploits minors;
• reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent the technical or access controls of the Service.

Accounts found to be in violation may be suspended or terminated without notice.

5. Availability and accuracy

We aim for high availability but provide the Service "as is" and "as available." AI-generated output can be wrong, off-brand, or unsuitable — you are responsible for reviewing it before publish. Posts may fail if the underlying platform is down or rejects them; we surface these errors but cannot guarantee delivery.

6. Fees

Some features require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and any free-trial terms are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

7. Termination

You can disconnect any platform or delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, repeatedly trigger platform abuse signals, or put the Service or other users at risk. On termination, we stop pulling new data and delete stored tokens as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here with an updated "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the changes.
