SupremoAgent

SMS text-message program

Last updated: 2026-08-25

SupremoAgent (operated by TravAlarm, Inc) can send account-related text messages to customers who opt in. This page describes the program, shows exactly where and how users consent, and explains how to stop messages at any time.

What messages we send

These are account notifications only. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Message frequency varies with account activity; most customers receive fewer than 5 messages per month.

How users opt in

Consent is collected inside the SupremoAgent product at app.supremoagent.com. After creating an account, a customer adds their mobile number under Settings → Mobile & SMS, verifies it with a one-time code, and then checks an unchecked-by-default box for each alert they want by text. This is the opt-in interface as it appears in the product:

Text alerts

Time-sensitive account notices, sent by SMS. Everything else stays in email and the notification bell.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

By checking a box above the customer agrees to receive the corresponding text messages from TravAlarm, Inc at the number they verified. Consent is not a condition of purchase — every SMS notice is also delivered by email, and the boxes are unchecked by default.

How to opt out

Privacy

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in status are used only to deliver the messages described above. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
