How does the concierge application work?
Tell us about your portfolio in the form — what you run, how many units, what a win looks like. We reply within two business days. We take on five new portfolios each quarter so every account gets a dedicated strategist; if the current quarter is full, we'll offer you a place in the next one.
What do the $10 of monthly credits cover?
Credits are what the agents spend to do real work — drafting posts, generating images, planning a calendar, sending a newsletter. Your $10 monthly allowance is included with the subscription and refreshes every billing cycle, so a steady week of posting across your channels is typically covered without ever topping up.
How do top-ups work?
When a heavy week runs through the monthly $10, you add credits in packs — $10, $25, or $50 — and the team keeps going. It is pure pay-as-you-go: you only ever pay for work you actually run, and top-up credits stay on your account as long as your subscription is active.
Is there a limit on brands or channels?
No. One subscription unlocks every agent across every brand and channel you run — Instagram, Facebook, and newsletter today. What you spend is driven by how much work the team does, not by an artificial tier cap.
Do you offer refunds?
The free trial is there so you don't have to gamble on a refund — you see the team produce real work before you pay anything. If you're charged for a month you didn't mean to keep, email us and we'll make it right. Unused top-up credits are always yours while the subscription is active.
What happens after the trial?
When the 7 days end you start the subscription to continue. If you do nothing, the account simply pauses — we don't auto-charge a card you never entered, and your work stays put until you come back.
