How do top-ups work?
When a heavy week runs through the monthly $5, you add credits in packs — $10, $25, or $50 — and the team keeps going. It is pure pay-as-you-go: you only ever pay for work you actually run, and top-up credits stay on your account as long as your subscription is active.
Is there a limit on brands or channels?

Do you offer refunds?
The free trial is there so you don't have to gamble on a refund — you see the team produce real work before you pay anything. If you're charged for a month you didn't mean to keep, email us and we'll make it right. Unused top-up credits are always yours while the subscription is active.
What happens after the trial?
When the 7 days end you start the subscription to continue. If you do nothing, the account simply pauses — we don't auto-charge a card you never entered, and your work stays put until you come back.
