Cloudbeds is built for the property that has a front desk: boutique hotels, inns, hostels and the multi-room properties that vacation-rental software handles awkwardly. Room inventory, rate plans, a channel manager, a booking engine, payments and housekeeping sit in one system, and it integrates with the revenue and guest tools a hotel already uses.

Pricing is quote-based and scales with rooms, and the system assumes hotel operations, so a single cabin does not belong here. For a boutique hotel that wants one platform instead of five, it is the sensible choice, and like every PMS it stops at the booking: the posts that make a traveler pick your hotel over the chain down the street are a different job.
